Federation New Heavy Cruiser

An enlarged version of the Federation NCL, the NCA adds a third engine and more weapons. When the Federation ran out of heavy cruisers due to wartime losses, the hastily-converted NCL/NCAs filled the gaps. Lead free pewter, includes stand.
