Romulan SaberHawk Heavy War Destroyer

Added to the Romulan Imperial Fleet late in the General War, the heavy war destroyer was a modular ship that could be quickly configured as an attack ship, carrier, escort, scout, commando ship, transport, gunboat tender, or whatever else the fleet needed. Having a ship that could be quickly changed to another mission meant that an admiral need never go into combat short of a key capability.
